The 1275 kit comes with new premium quality cylinders with extra thick high strength steel liners to support the even larger bore size.
Forged pistons have larger than stock valve pockets and accept up to 200 valves. This kit converts 1200cc HD Sportster models to 1250cc displacement. The 1250 kit is available with the basic conversion pistons only for use with stock 883 heads.
The Rev Max 1250T engine the T distinguishes it from the Pan Am engine is also designed with weight-saving in mind. Use with XLH 1200 heads. No machining or rebalancing is required.
